5. Fees and Payment

A. Service Fees

B. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per agreed schedule
  • Work may not begin until payment is received

C. Government Fees

Government processing fees, biometrics fees, and other third-party costs are separate and non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

  • Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable
  • Refund eligibility (if any) will be governed by a written agreement
  • No refunds will be issued for application refusals or delays beyond our control
